In the group meal menu, they offer three bundles of meals, all ideal for enjoying with your friends and family. Every meal comes in two versions: the first one includes a meal for parties of five, and the other one is for a group meal of 10 members. These meals include Filipino favorites such as lumpiang shanghai, buko pandan, boneless bangus, beef, kare-kare, lechon kawali, many others, and of course, Max’s fried chicken.

About Max’s Chicken

Max’s Chicken started in a house in Quezon City and was established in 1945 after World War II by Maximo Gimenez. Max’s Philippines, also known as Max’s of Manila or Max’s by Filippino. They serve fried Chicken or other Filippino dishes. Max’s group entirely owns it. They opened their first Restaurant in Quezon City at 21 South F Street, Brgy. Laging Handa.
In the beginning, Gimenez decided to open a cafe where they initially served fried Chicken, steak, and drinks. Later, his relatives and wife joined him: Mercedes, sister-in-law Felipa Serrano Sanvictores, his niece Ruby, who managed the kitchen, and her husband Claro, and they became the first team of Max’s Philippines. Max’s Restaurant later expanded its business to Metro Manila, Luzon, Cebu, the United States, Canada, Kuwait, and the United Arab Emirates, with plans of opening branches in other countries.
